By enrolling in The ReIGNITE Method™ Digital Coaching Course (“Program”), you (“Participant,” “Client,” or “User”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing or accessing the Program.

1. Program Description

The ReIGNITE Method™ Digital Coaching Course is a self-paced, online personal development and coaching program designed to provide educational content, tools, exercises, worksheets, videos, and guided reflections intended to support personal growth, clarity, and mindset transformation.

2. Eligibility

By enrolling, you confirm that:

3. Access & Delivery

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive digital access to the Program content.
  • Access is granted for personal use only.
  • Login credentials may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or enhance Program materials at any time.

4. Payment & Fees

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Payment must be made in full or according to the selected payment plan at checkout.
  • Failure to complete a payment plan may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. 14-Day Trial & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day trial period from the date of purchase.

Refund Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund within the 14-day trial period, the Participant must:

  • Submit a written refund request within 14 days of purchase, and
  • Provide evidence of completed work, including but not limited to:
  • Worksheets
  • Reflections
  • Exercises or assignments completed within the course

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • No coursework has been completed
  • The request is submitted after the 14 days
  • The Program has been substantially completed

Refund & Access Acknowledgment

All sales are subject to our 14-day trial and refund policy. Digital access is for personal use only and may not be shared. By purchasing, you confirm you have reviewed and accepted the Terms & Conditions.

All refund decisions are final.

6. No Guarantees

You may not:

  • Sell or license content
  • Use content for commercial purposes without written permission

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

8. Confidentiality

Any personal sharing within community spaces, coaching moments, or discussions is expected to remain confidential.

The Company is not responsible for breaches of confidentiality by other participants.

9. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and results
  • You participate voluntarily
  • You understand the Program may involve self-reflection and mindset work

You agree to seek professional support if emotional or psychological challenges arise beyond your comfort or capacity.

10. Termination of Access

The Company reserves the right to terminate or restrict access if a Participant:

  • Violates these Terms & Conditions
  • Engages in disruptive, abusive, or unethical behavior
  • Misuses or distributes Program content

No refunds will be issued in cases of termination for cause.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The ReIGNITE Method™ and The Toolbox Coach shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Program.
